How to get here

From the A66:- Take the A595 (Carlisle) at the roundabout to the west of Cockermouth. At the next roundabout take the A594 (Maryport) look out for a Right turn to Tallentire. (this is a dangerous turn on the crest of a small rise). Follow the road all the way through the village of Tallentire (watch out for one way system in village). Leave the village and continue until you come to the junction, the Big White House is directly in front of you at the junction. To enter the house take the second turning right into the Big White House (parking is to the rear.)
